Everything was excellent. I was unfortunately delayed by traffic 1 hour and was unable to contact anyone until the surgery opened at 9am. When I arrived to find Dr. Shahmalak and 6 nurses waiting for me no-one made me feel guilty (except myself) and no one rushed anything to make up for the lost time.
I am not used to sitting around….and realised that this is not alleviated by day time television.
I found lying on the couch very uncomfortable in a sitting position.
I couldn’t speak highly enough about the patience and skill of these carrying out the operation and felt throughout that they were giving their best for me

I am absolutely thrilled and delighted with my hair transplantation. The whole experience from start to finish was second to none. Dr Shahmalak and his nurses were absolutely great, a pleasure to be under their care. They explained the whole procedure step by step.
After six months, my hair is fully grown and you can compare the difference with the pre and post photographs of my baldness. My hair is now in good shape and has brought back my self-esteem.

Like with any procedure big or small one is very anxious prior to the procedure. I was very nervous and scared. I was overwhelmed with the initial meeting with Dr A Shahmalak and his team. With their warm welcome and reassurance I was relaxed within seconds. The procedure was broken down to me in great detail and I was made comfortable enough to ask as many questions as I wanted. The one thing that really touched my heart and I appreciate so much is the respect and dignity that was maintained by the doctor and his team. As a muslim I wear a Hijab. For me it was one of many concerns. They made absolute sure that I was given my privacy (Thank You). The team made me feel very relaxed whilst the Doctor was doing the procedure (All the staff offered their hand for me to squeeze when I wanted…Thank you).
