Any followers of football will know what a legend Didi Hamann is.
The former German international – he has 59 caps for his country – was one of the best defensive midfielders to ever play in the Premiership.
He was a member of Liverpool’s legendary 2005 Champions League winning side which came back from 3-0 down at half-time to win the trophy against Inter Milan in Istanbul. What a night for British football that was!
As well as Liverpool, Didi also starred in the Premiership for Newcastle United and Manchester City. He is now a distinguished pundit for the BBC and Sky and has chosen to settle in the UK – living near to the Crown Clinic at Alderley Edge.
Our surgeon Asim Shahmalak was thrilled to welcome Didi to Crown Clinic for his FUE (follicular unit extraction) hair transplant. This is the same procedure had by that other soccer legend, Wayne Rooney. Other Crown Clinic celebrity clients such as Calum Best also had FUE transplants.

Didi had 4,000 hairs transplanted into his temples and the front of his hairline in an operation in May. You will be be able to see how he has benefited from the transplant when all the new hair is fully grown by around Christmas time.
