Hair Replacement in London

The treatments available for hair loss patients in London have just expanded thanks to a new technique that has proved successful for restoring over-plucked eyebrows. Until now, hair replacement in London has focussed solely on treating thinning or balding on the head.

Contrary to popular belief, hair loss is just as common in men as it is in women, but the pattern of hair loss is different. Men tend to have receding hair at the temples and balding at the crown, whereas the hair loss women experience is a more general thinning over the whole area, and therefore less noticeable. The eyebrow transplants are aimed mostly at a female clientele who have over-plucked their brows to the extent that these hairs no longer grow. The new transplants give results that are far more natural than other methods such as cosmetic tattoos or the application of an eyebrow pencil, and are therefore set to be a popular option for patients in London.

    Hi

I have a receding hairline and was wondering how much it would cost to reshape it. I know that a consultation is necessary but was wondering if you could provide me with a general idea.

I have a full head of hair it’s just the hairline that is the problem.

    Hi

I was considering having FUE treatment at your centre, and just have a few questions prior to booking a consultation.

I have moderate Psoriasis on the back of my scalp. Would this cause a problem with having FUE treatment?

Do you conduct the surgery at your London centre, if not, where would it be?

Finally, I know you can’t give me an exact price, but roughly how much can these operations cost? I have lost hair at the temples and the crown, an have just started to go thin on top (just to give you an idea)

    Thank you for your time.

    Kind regards

    Ben

  6. Sarah says:

I have quite a lot of hair loss at the sides of my head just above the ears in a strip which goes towards the back of my head. This happened in my teens when using a chemical hair relaxers for too long. I have a very low hair line which i would assume would be helpful for transplantation purposes. I also have quite a thin frontal hairline which i would like to be thickened. Would this be suitable for hair transplantation? Please could you inform me of the costs? Do you offer any form of payment plans for expensive treatments such as this? Also how long (if any) would i have to wait to get a consultation and how much does a consultation cost?
    Kind regards
    Sarah

    Dear Sarah,

Thank you for your recent enquiry re: hair loss.

Unfortunately, this is a very common complaint with regards to chemical hair relaxers and can be very damaging to your existing hairs.

In order to determine if you are a suitable candidate to have any treatment, a consultation is recommended with the hair transplant surgeon, Mr Shahmalak. He will measure and assess the affected area as well as assess the donor area.

The average cost for hair transplant surgery is £3500.00 (subject to the size of the area and the number of grafts required).

We offer flexible short term payment plans – please consult with the clinic directly.
